Despite existing legal frameworks and incentives, persons with disabilities in Montenegro still face significant barriers to employment. The challenge is often not willingness, but visibility, communication, and the lack of a direct, accessible channel that connects candidates and employers.

Mogućnost.me addresses this gap by providing:

• A dedicated space where persons with disabilities can explore job opportunities and apply directly
• A simple and free way for companies to post job listings and present themselves as inclusive employers
• A transparent and direct application process, without intermediaries or additional costs

The platform is completely free to use, and employers are under no obligation to hire. Our intention is to encourage openness, dialogue, and real opportunities.

We developed Mogućnost.me as part of our corporate social responsibility efforts. The platform is a non-commercial initiative and a donation to the Montenegrin community, created without a monetization model and without usage fees.
