Odgovorno.org – a Digital Platform for More Transparent and Efficient Local Government
In cooperation with the Podgorica City Assembly, we have successfully delivered Odgovorno.org, a digital platform designed to improve institutional transparency, enable two-way communication with citizens, and simplify access to local government services.
The platform was developed in response to a real need to make communication between citizens and local authorities more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly. By digitalizing key administrative processes, Odgovorno.org allows the citizens of Podgorica to easily access information about the work of the City Assembly, submit questions and initiatives, and receive timely responses, without administrative barriers or unnecessary procedures.
The initiative for developing the platform stemmed from the City Assembly’s clear commitment to greater openness and modernization of institutional work, led by the President of the Assembly, Jelena Borovinić Bojović, who emphasized from the very beginning the importance of responsible and two-way communication with citizens.

Mogućnost.me – Building a More Inclusive Labor Market in Montenegro
At Citrus Codes, we believe technology should create real impact. That belief led us to launch Mogućnost.me, the first Montenegrin digital platform dedicated to inclusive employment and the hiring of persons with disabilities.
Mogućnost.me is designed to connect employers committed to inclusive hiring with candidates with disabilities who are actively seeking employment opportunities. Our goal is simple: to make inclusive employment more visible, accessible, and actionable within the Montenegrin labor market.
