Overview

Once you have enough data, you can make much better, informed decisions. Imagine having lots of data that lots of people and companies would pay to have access to. Well, that’s exactly what our client gathered but didn’t know the way to sell that to the audience worldwide.

Challenge

Conducting the interviews in the initial discovery phase, we quickly realised he’d like to build a SaaS platform where he will sell access to the data. Not just that, but the data had to be easily searchable and exportable, and the platform should allow users to generate various graphs and data visualizations.

Solution

Our web application meant to solve this was built from several layers working together for a common goal - making lots of data easily accessible. We’ve created an optimized database of the data he’d like to sell and built a fast and reliable data processing engine on top of it. It allows API access, back-office administration, and an easy-to-use UI. For SaaS monthly payments based on tiers, we integrated with Stripe.

Impact

Companies and individuals have already started making significant amounts of money using this platform. Seems like having the right data about VC funds, managers, and administrators can be a great weapon if put in the right hands.
