Mogućnost.me - A Digital Platform for Inclusive Employment

Overview

Access to employment is an important part of social inclusion, yet persons with disabilities in Montenegro continue to face barriers when searching for job opportunities.
Recognizing the need for a dedicated digital solution, we developed Mogućnost.me, a platform designed to connect candidates with disabilities and employers willing to create more inclusive workplaces.
Created as part of our corporate social responsibility efforts, Mogućnost.me is completely free for both job seekers and employers. The project combines our experience in software development and UX/UI design with a commitment to using technology to address real social challenges.

Challenge 

The challenge was to create a digital environment that makes employment opportunities easier to discover while simplifying the recruitment process for both candidates and employers.
Traditional recruitment channels do not always provide a dedicated space where persons with disabilities can connect directly with companies interested in inclusive hiring.
Candidates needed a straightforward way to present their skills, experience, and interests, discover relevant job opportunities, and submit applications.
At the same time, employers needed an intuitive system for creating company profiles, publishing vacancies, and reviewing applications without additional administrative complexity.
The platform also needed to accommodate users with different levels of digital experience, making clarity, usability, and accessibility important considerations throughout the design process.

Solution

We designed and developed a dedicated employment platform with two connected user experiences: one for job seekers and another for employers.
Candidates can create personal profiles containing their skills, professional experience, and interests, forming a digital CV that can be used when applying for jobs. A centralized job board allows users to explore available positions, view job details, and submit applications directly through the platform.
For employers, Mogućnost.me provides a dedicated interface for company registration, profile management, and job posting. Companies can publish open positions, receive applications, and review candidate information within the same system.
The application process connects both sides directly. When a candidate applies for a position, their digital CV is automatically shared with the employer, eliminating the need for intermediaries and simplifying communication.
Throughout the platform, we focused on clear navigation, structured content, and an intuitive interface to make the experience straightforward for both candidates and companies.
By bringing job discovery, candidate profiles, recruitment, and application management into one digital environment, Mogućnost.me provides a centralized solution for inclusive employment.

Impact

Mogućnost.me creates a dedicated space for connecting persons with disabilities with employers who are open to inclusive recruitment, helping make employment opportunities more visible and accessible.
As a fully non-commercial project, the platform was developed and donated by Citrus Codes to the Montenegrin community. Both candidates and employers can use it without fees or subscriptions.
In 2026, Mogućnost.me was nominated for Initiative of the Year at the Sustainable Adria Awards, recognizing its contribution to social inclusion and equal opportunities.
The project demonstrates how digital solutions can go beyond commercial objectives, using technology to address social challenges and support a more inclusive labor market.
