A company from South Africa had issues dealing with an enormous number of paper documents, client relationships and managing workflows for each procedure, both internal and external.

Challenge

Quiver Tree Capital needed a solution to unify all of that and to offer a high level of system customizations. After having tried a lot of prebuilt and existing solutions, they realised none of them worked for their organisation; that’s when they decided to go with a custom and tailor-made solution.

Solution

We have built a custom DMS for Quiver Tree Capital, and among many other features, it included document generation, digitally signing documents (with DocuSign service integrated), dynamic document templates, version control, workflow editor with procedures for internal communication, and collaboration on the shared dossiers.

The system was built as a web application, available on all sorts of devices, ranging from mobile phones to desktops. We did full-stack software development, testing, and deployment.

Impact

The application we built for them helped eliminate the problem we mentioned in the beginning: now they have unified documentation in their custom and secure platform, accessible only to the organization members and people they invite. Also, all the history of the actions taken is stored there in case they need to get a report and further optimize their workflows.
