CLIENT NAME
Whether for banks, or any online service, a well-designed website enhances user experience (UX) and directly impacts business success. In the banking sector, this is even more critical with the implementation of The Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2)—a European regulation that enhances security, competition, and innovation in digital banking.

Montenegro
A revised Payment Service Directive (PSD2) was brought as a legislature in 2024 in Montenegro, which led to plenty of banks being forced to renew/refurbish their outdated websites. One of them is the Adriatic Bank.
As their previous website was built in WordPress, it lacked functionalities that were proposed by the EU for the banking industry, including the PSD2.
Also, one of the challenges was to make a dynamic loan calculator that would provide exact information to the potential customers while being easily configurable by the bank’s back office.
We delivered a fully functional and dynamic website, which we specifically designed for their needs, scalable in a way that allows them to edit and add content on their pages. It has, amongst other features, granular access and API solutions in Sandbox form that can be used by third-party providers to test connections with the bank. And it integrates directly with the eBanking solution. Obviously, it had to contain Payment Initiation Services (PIS), as well as, Account Information Services (AIS).
The new and refreshed look on the website is only a fraction of the impact to be seen for the Adriatic Bank and its users. But, what we are already witnessing is the customer satisfaction and increased number of clients, which were brought to the bank by website user experience, PSD2, as well as PIS and AIS.
